250 is on the high side but not crazy for a sit-down cafe in a mall area. I've seen fruit shakes around 120 to 180 at ordinary stalls, so Great Shakes is charging for the name and location. If it's a real sit-down spot with aircon, that explains part of it. You're not being scammed exactly, just paying cafe prices.

yeah the aircon part matters, but honestly even in a mall I'd expect closer to 200 unless its got some fancy add-ons
