the barangay clearance is the part people underestimate. some barangays want a certificate of occupancy or a sketch of the stall before they sign off, so ask ur landlord for the lease & any building docs early. also budget for the sanitary permit inspection from the city health office, they check ur kitchen setup & staff health certificates. line up the fire safety cert too, it's a separate stop

Good point on the occupancy docs. Barangays like San Lorenzo in Quiapo can also ask for a sketch of the stall layout before they sign, so get that from your landlord too. Fire safety is handled at the city fire station, not city hall, so that's its own trip.

yeah the order is right but u actually start at the barangay first for the clearance, then city hall. bring ur lease contract & DTI cert, the office is at the ground floor near the assessment window

Worth adding that Jameron sits along Raon in Quiapo, so unless you need parts or repairs, there's no reason to detour there.
