Is Farnecio Eatery worth a stop in Manila 2026?

fmd_goodFarnecio Eatery · #food #eatery #manila
Visiting Manila next month and Farnecio Eatery keeps popping up in food threads. Is it worth going out of my way for, or should I stick to the more obvious spots? Any must order dishes? The order is usually barangay clearance, then mayor's permit, with the liquor licence handled by the city licensing office after. Budget extra time for the BIR registration and the zoning check on your address, since a bar near schools or churches can get flagged.
