250 is steep for a shake, but you're near a tourist area; a normal cafe meal is more like 200 to 350 pesos.

Agree on the meal range, though sit-down places in BGC and Makati usually tack on a 10% service charge, so budget a bit higher there.

tbh 250 for a shake is on the high side, i'd expect closer to 150 at a regular spot away from the tourist strip.

yeah 150 sounds right for a carinderia-style shake, but sit-down cafes in Makati are closer to 180 to 220 now

honestly Great Shakes is decent but a bit of a tourist stop now. I'd walk 10 mins over to Aguirre St in BF Homes instead, way better milkshake spots there and the cafe scene is solid. if u want something closer, the small places along Concha Cruz drive are fine for a quiet afternoon. expect around 150 to 200 pesos for a shake.
