Agreed on going early, though I'd say the longganisa is the better order if you want something less sweet than the cured beef. Ask for extra garlic rice and a side of atsara to cut the richness. Cash only, and the queue moves fast around 10.
The longganisa's good but ask for it fried a bit longer, the skin crisps up nicely and the atsara helps either way.
