I've only been to Manila twice, so take this with a grain of salt. Fe-Bulous is more of a silog and rice meal place than a true merienda stop. If you want proper merienda within walking distance, look for a Mang Inasal or a small bakery for pandesal and palitaw around 3pm. Order the pancit malabon if you do go, it's the safest bet.

Fe-Bulous is canteen-style, so for merienda try the turon and sago't gulaman at the nearby stalls along Gastambide instead.

yeah pancit malabon is solid there. but if ur after real merienda just walk toward the side streets, may mga karinderya selling goto and tokneneng around 3pm. cheaper and more legit than a fast food chain imo

no idea where chang coffee & tea is exactly but i only walk manila at night on makati ave or bgc high street, grab everywhere else

yeah grab is the move if ur outside makati or bgc, though ermita and malate near the bay are walkable til around 10 if u stay on the main roads.
