nice guide, covers the essentials well. one spot i'd throw in is the chowmahalla palace near charminar, it's where the nizams actually lived and the rooms are way more impressive than i expected, entry is like βΉ80 and you can easily spend an hour wandering the courtyards
for biryani, i gotta disagree with paradise being the top pick though, it's fine but overhyped tbh. if you're in the old city, try hotel shadab near the high court, their biryani is less oily and the pieces of meat are bigger, plus you get that old city vibe with the narrow lanes around it
also the metro tip is solid but just know the last train from most stations is around 10:30-11pm, so if you're out late in jubilee hills you're prob taking an auto back, which can be a pain to find after midnight
This is a solid list, you've covered the classics well. I'd add that if you're at Golconda, try to catch the sound and light show on a cooler evening, the walk up can be brutal in summer. For biryani, I actually prefer Shah Ghouse in Mehdipatnam over Paradise, their mutton biryani has a richer masala. Also, the Salar Jung Museum has a small cafe inside that's decent for a quick chai break, but the food options outside on the main road are better if you're hungry.

one thing i'd add is the qutb shahi tombs near golconda, they're often overlooked but the architecture is stunning and it's way quieter than the fort. entry is like βΉ20 and you can walk around the domed mausoleums in peace. also, if you're into street food, the chaat stalls outside shah ghouse in mehdipatnam are legit, try the dahi puri there.

honestly this is a really well put together itinerary, covers all the bases. one thing i'd add is that on day 1 after charminar, take a 5 minute walk to the nizam's museum in the purani haveli area. it's super cheap like 20 rupees and has all the old royal cars and stuff, most tourists skip it but it's a nice quiet break from the chaos outside. also for paradise biryani, the old city branch is fine but the wait can be longer than 20 mins on weekends, i'd prob go to the one in basheerbagh instead, same taste less crowd. your golconda morning plan is good but if you're up for it, the walk from the fort down to the tombs is a nice 20 minute stroll through the neighborhood, you'll see some old baolis (stepwells) along the way that aren't marked on maps
