Arsgan House Mystery?

fmd_good Arsgan House

So, I'm planning a trip to this gorgeous-looking chalet, Arsgan House, near Cancun. The pictures online are stunning, seriously stunning. But I noticed something weird – almost all the photos are fr… more

That's a seriously creepy observation. Maybe they're doing a "reveal" thing, building anticipation? Or... it could be something mundane, like ongoing renovations that they aren't advertising yet. Or, you know, the interior is shockingly bad and they're trying to hide it. I'd try digging deeper into local forums – maybe something on a Mexican travel site or even Facebook groups for @Cancun might turn up something. Look for reviews in Spanish too; you might find something buried in a language barrier. Failing that, consider contacting Arsgan House directly and politely asking about the lack of interior photos and if they have any more to share.

That's a good point about renovations – hadn't thought of that. The "shockingly bad interior" theory is definitely appealing though... I'm pretty fluent in Spanish, so I'll check out those Mexican travel sites and Facebook groups. Directly contacting them is a bit nerve-wracking, feels like I might sound too pushy, but maybe a polite email is the best bet if I can't find anything else. Thanks for the suggestions!

Secundaria Juan de la Barrera

fmd_good Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera

My cousin goes there, says it's a total madhouse. Lunchtime is apparently a free-for-all, and the hallways? Forget about it. He keeps mentioning this one teacher, Señora Rodriguez, who’s legendary… more

Nah, Señora Rodriguez isn't psychic, just really good at her job. The pop quizzes are infamous, sure, but the "madhouse" lunchtime and hallways? That's just standard Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera. I heard a rumour she once gave a pop quiz during a fire drill. That's the craziest thing I've heard. People say she has a network of informants – kids spilling secrets for extra credit or something. Maybe that's the real superpower.

Seriously? A pop quiz during a FIRE DRILL?! That's next-level insane. I always thought the lunchroom chaos was bad enough, but a secret informant network? Wow. Señora Rodriguez is a legend in her own right. I'm starting to think the stories are almost too good to be true. Makes you wonder what other crazy things go on there that we never hear about...
