Estadio Quintana Roo's Sound?

The roar of the crowd when they scored was insane... but I couldn't hear the announcer at all. Was that just my seat, or is the sound system generally pretty bad there? Seriously considering earplugs next time, though. Maybe I should've brought binoculars too, it was hard to see some of the action from the upper deck. Next time I'm trying to get closer.

if ur going back for a vaqueros game try the sol side not so much for sound but the whole vibe is different, the porra sits over there & they keep chants going the entire 90. sound wise honestly nothing fixes the upper corners except moving, the roof just traps everything into one big wall of noise. grab something in the lower bowl around midfield if u actually wanna hear the announcer call the goals

yeah that upper deck is rough for sightlines too, its not just the sound. honestly for Vaqueros games i just buy the cheap seats and then move down after halftime, nobody really checks once the second half starts. if you do go back try the east side lower bowl instead, suns off you by evening and the view of the pitch is way better than west. earplugs arent a bad call either, that drum section behind the goal never stops.

The sound system at Andrés Quintana Roo has been a known complaint for years, especially in the upper sections. The speakers are mostly clustered toward the lower bowl, so if you're up top near the corner, the announcer comes through as mush while the crowd noise bounces off the concrete. I usually grab seats along the sideline around rows 10 to 15 on the west side, the acoustics are noticeably better there and you're close enough to actually follow the play. For Vaqueros games the general admission tickets run around 150 to 250 pesos depending on the matchup, so moving down a section or two won't break you.

Forget about it. He keeps mentioning this one teacher, Señora Rodriguez, who's legendary for her pop quizzes. Seriously, he's convinced she can predict the future. So my question is: what's the craziest rumour you've heard about Señora Rodriguez and her pop quizzes at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera? Is she actually psychic...?

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.

I don't know about psychic but a friend swears she once gave a quiz on a chapter nobody had been assigned yet.
