So I'm finally heading to this Arsgan House chalet next month, everyone says it's secluded and beautiful near the Mayan ruins...but the online reviews are...sparse. One mentioned a weird humming sound… So I'm finally heading to this Arsgan House chalet next month, everyone says it's secluded and beautiful near the Mayan ruins...but the online reviews are...sparse. One mentioned a weird humming sound at night and another talked about finding oddly placed Mayan figurines in the garden. Seriously, kinda creepy. Anyone been there and experienced something similar? I'm hoping for awesome jungle vibes, but also slightly worried about encountering something...unexplained.

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.
