Heard it's a pretty awesome stadium, but reviews mentioned some issues with seating. Specifically, are the seats cramped? I'm a pretty big guy, and the last thing I need is to be squished for three hours. Any tips on getting a decent seat, or should I just prepare for a bit of a squeeze?

If you're a bigger guy, skip the plastic seats altogether and head to the palco section on the east side, it's the shaded one. Those seats are actual chairs with armrests that lift, not the molded concrete things, and the rows are spaced wider because they're built into the old grandstand structure. I've sat there for boxing and baseball, and it's the only spot where my knees don't touch the seat in front. Tickets run about 400 to 500 pesos more than the general zones, but it's worth it if you don't want to play sardine for three hours. Also, the tunnel entrance on that side leads straight to the cheap beer stand, so you can grab a Victoria without missing a pitch.

honestly the seats are a mixed bag, depends which section you're in. the lower bowl near midfield is tighter than the upper corners, weirdly. if you can, grab a spot in the sun shade side, row 15 or higher, those have a bit more legroom cuz they're set back from the railing. and skip the club level unless you're under 6 feet, that's the worst squeeze in the place. also, buy a seat at the very end of a row if possible, that extra half inch of elbow room helps a lot. worst case, you can stand near the concourse behind the last row, lots of locals do that anyway, nobody's gonna bother u.

The trick is to avoid the sections closest to the field, people think those are the best but the rows are actually tighter down there. I usually aim for the upper ring on the west side, the concrete steps are a bit wider and you get a better breeze off the lagoon. If you're really worried about space, just grab a spot in the standing area behind the last row, it's the same view as the cheap seats and nobody checks tickets once you're past the tunnel. Bring your own water too, the prices at the kiosks are brutal, like 80 pesos for a small one.

Forget about it. He keeps mentioning this one teacher, Señora Rodriguez, who's legendary for her pop quizzes. Seriously, he's convinced she can predict the future. So my question is: what's the craziest rumour you've heard about Señora Rodriguez and her pop quizzes at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera? Is she actually psychic...?

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.

I don't know about psychic but a friend swears she once gave a quiz on a chapter nobody had been assigned yet.
