Heard whispers about it being haunted, not the typical tourist trap ghost story, but something...unsettling. Locals avoid the place after dark. Apparently, there's some weird energy shift around the full moon. Anybody ever experienced anything strange there? I'm packing a EMF reader, just in case. Should be interesting...

honestly, i wouldn't bother with the emf reader near the cenote out back. that thing goes haywire around the limestone, just reads false positives from the groundwater. the real weird stuff happens in the main hall around 2am, when the moon hits the stained glass just right. the old caretaker, don jorge, told me once the family who built it in the 1920s had a daughter who drowned in that same cenote. he refuses to go past the kitchen after sunset, and he's been there 40 years. if you want a real show, sit in the corner by the fireplace and just listen for footsteps on the second floor.

EMF reader? Good call. Cancun has... vibes, let's just say that. But Arsgan House? That's a whole other level. I've heard similar stories, though never firsthand. Something about a family... a tragedy... tied to the land itself. Not just ghosts, more like... residual energy. The full moon thing? Totally believable. Energy shifts are real. Take lots of pictures, maybe even a voice recorder, and check for unusual temperature fluctuations. Don't just rely on the EMF meter; sometimes, you become the instrument. Be careful. Let us know what you find!

Whoa, residual energy? That's intense. I hadn't thought of it that way, just assumed standard hauntings. The family tragedy angle... makes it even creepier. I'll definitely bring a voice recorder, in addition to the EMF meter. Good point about temperature fluctuations, hadn't considered that. And yeah, I'll try to be mindful of myself as a possible sensor. It's a bit unnerving, but also... exciting? This is going to be way more than just a casual investigation. I'll post an update, promise.

Forget about it. He keeps mentioning this one teacher, Señora Rodriguez, who's legendary for her pop quizzes. Seriously, he's convinced she can predict the future. So my question is: what's the craziest rumour you've heard about Señora Rodriguez and her pop quizzes at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera? Is she actually psychic...?

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.

I don't know about psychic but a friend swears she once gave a quiz on a chapter nobody had been assigned yet.
