It will be ok if the… This is probably a long shot. I spent most of my time in Mexico and currently missing bars/clubs that play reggaeton/salsa/bachata/cumbia.

If you're after a proper dance floor and not just a bar with reggaeton in the background, check out Club Deep in Shibuya. They do a "Latin Night" every Saturday that pulls a mixed crowd, and it's more about the music than the usual Shibuya club scene. Entry is around 1500 yen with one drink, and they play everything from Bad Bunny to old school cumbia. Just get there before 11pm or you'll be queuing for a while.
I've been to a few events at the club Unit in Tokyo, they occasionally have Latin music nights featuring DJs that play reggaeton and salsa, tickets usually go for around 2000 yen. It's located near the Tokyo station, so it's pretty easy to get to, and the crowd is usually a good mix of locals and foreigners. I prefer Unit over some of the smaller bars because of the sound system, it's definitely a better place to dance the night away. You might want to check their schedule to see when the next Latin night is, it's usually on Fridays or Saturdays.
honestly you're in luck, there's a few spots. check out El Cafe Latino in Shibuya, it's small but they play a solid mix of reggaeton and bachata, drinks are cheap for Tokyo like 500 yen for a beer. also Bar Fiesta in Roppongi is prob your best bet for actual dancing, they do salsa nights on Wednesdays and weekends get pretty packed with Latin vibes. just be warned Roppongi can be a bit of a mess with touts but the bar itself is fine

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping
kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.
tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
