if you're near shinjuku, check out the used camera floor at yodobashi camera main building. they have a glass case with old digicams, usually ¥5,000-¥12,000 range, and you get warranty which matters for vintage electronics. also book off in ikebukuro has a camera corner in the basement, i found a lumix fx33 there for ¥4,800 last month. for nct concert, honestly low light on cheap vintage cams is rough so try to get one with optical image stabilization, the canon ixus 100 is tiny and handles movement okay

honestly for that budget you're better off hitting up Hard Off or Book Off rather than the fancy vintage camera shops in Shinjuku. Theres a decent Hard Off in Shimokitazawa that usually has a bin of old digicams for like ¥1,000-¥5,000 each, just gotta dig through the junk to find one that actually works.

if you want something slightly more curated try 2nd Street in Harajuku, they sometimes have old Canon Ixus or Sony Cybershots for around ¥8,000-¥12,000. just make sure to check the battery situation cause some of those older models use proprietary batteries that are hard to find now.

for the NCT concert honestly any cheap point and shoot from like 2005-2010 will give u that nostalgic look ur going for. the flash on those things is terrible for concerts tho so maybe test it at night first

honestly u should check out the ハードオフ chain stores, especially the ones further from central tokyo like in machida or hachioji. their camera section usually has random vintage digicams for like ¥3,000-¥8,000 and nobody fights over them. the akihabara shops are way overpriced for tourists tbh

u could also try the flea market at 新大久保 on weekends, i saw a few old olympus and fuji digicams for around ¥5,000 last time. just make sure to bring cash and check if it comes with a battery charger since some don't. for the nct concert tho i'd get one with a decent flash, the lighting at tokyo dome can be tricky for those older sensors

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
