Bean & Folio cafe in Tokyo, worth a detour in 2026?
the upstairs tables fill fast on weekends so aim for a weekday morning if u actually want to sit
Weekday right at opening is your best shot.
corner seats by the window go first, 9am latest
true, sunday mornings are chaos there. i'd add that the back room opens later some days, staff seem short lately
sit down, but the wifi is flaky past 3pm
yeah it drops off bad after lunch, i usually hotspot off my phone. flat white's around 550 yen now, went up a bit last year. worth it tho, beans are solid.
honestly it's fine before lunch too, i think the flakiness is just everyone jumping on at once
Best recurring club nights in Tokyo 2026
Bonobo in Aoyama, second Fridays.
Mirror Room's monthly house night pulls the same regulars, but check Forestlimit in Hatagaya too, crowd there actually talks.
yeah forestlimit regulars actually chat, and Contact in Shibuya does a monthly that pulls teh same faces too
Second this, the smoking patio is where u actually meet people.
Forestlimit regulars tend to drift over to UFO Club on the same street after last train, so stick around past 1am
