The aquarium wifi is guest-only and drops constantly, so tether off your phone. I'd take the early shift instead, 5 or 6am here lines up with US afternoon, and the Odaiba cafes open by 7.

Stone & Barrel's taps rotate heavily toward Japanese micros like Yorocco and Shiga Kogen, though the prices creep up after 8pm. If you're after something hoppier, Popeye in Ryogoku is a quick train ride and keeps a better IPA selection.
