A checkup plus one filling typically lands around 3,000 to 5,000 yen out of pocket. For a regular weekday dentist near you, search your ward's website for "shika" and look for a clinic open Saturday.

Worth knowing the holiday clinic won't do anything cosmetic, so a chipped front tooth waits for a weekday. And bring cash, some wards still don't take cards at the counter.
Also ask the clinic upfront if they do shika shinryo or just kyuukyuu, since the emergency-only ones just temp-patch you.
Shika shinryo means they bill insurance for actual treatment, kyuukyuu is just triage, so ask which one they're registered for before you sit down.
The 3,000 to 5,000 yen figure only really holds if it's a simple resin filling, a molar with a proper inlay will push you closer to 8,000.
Fair, inlay pricing depends on the metal too, gold runs higher.
