lunch set at Prime Cut is decent value but i'd rather hit the teishoku at the yakiniku place two blocks over for half the price.

Teppanyaki counters in Nishi Azabu do a proper wagyu steak without the Ginza markup, and the chefs actually talk to you. Book ahead on weekends though, walk ins get turned away.
