Honestly, Family Mart onigiri is a gamble, even at that location. There's no secret menu. My best advice? Go early in the morning. They usually restock overnight, so you'll have the freshest batch. Also, look closely at the packaging – sometimes you can tell by the slight plumpness of the rice if it’s going to be good. If it looks a little dry and shrunken... move on.
