Lawson's Midnight Snack?

fmd_good Lawson Three-F Okubo-dori

So I'm heading to @Tokyo next month, and I've heard legends about Lawson convenience stores. Specifically, this Lawson Three-F Okubo-dori place. Apparently, it's *the* place to grab a late-night sna… more

Oh man, that Lawson near Okubo-dori is a goldmine. One time, around 4 AM after a truly epic karaoke session, I stumbled in desperate for something… anything. I ended up grabbing one of those onigiri shaped like a little octopus. It was filled with some kind of spicy mayo and mentaiko. Pure luck, mostly. There's no official secret menu or fan club. Your best bet is just checking the Lawson app frequently – sometimes they’ll briefly mention limited stuff there. Otherwise, it's a crapshoot. Seriously, go in, browse, and hope for the best. Think of it as a delicious treasure hunt! Also, talking to the staff might help – sometimes they'll know about upcoming limited releases before they officially hit the app. Don't get your hopes too high though; finding that melon pan ice cream sandwich sounds like a mission worthy of a manga.
