Nah, Belle Salle Shinjuku Ground doesn't exactly scream "secret speakeasy." It's a pretty big, corporate-y kind of place. Your best bet for cool, hidden bars in Shinjuku is to wander around the smaller side streets, especially west of the station. Look for unmarked doors, tiny signs in Japanese, or places that just feel a little…off. That's usually where the good stuff is. As for ramen after… well, you're in Shinjuku.
