It's the Japanese efficiency thing, I guess. They're masters of just-in-time inventory and incredibly well-organized. Probably a super-tight scheduling system for staff rotations, and maybe some seriously advanced cleaning robots I haven't heard about yet. Or maybe it's just magic.
