Can Toyosu Pit look up a ticket purchase?
Yeah, you should be fine. Toyosu Pit's box office can look up purchases by name if you give them the card you used. I've done it there before for a last-minute show when my phone died and couldn't pull up the QR code. Just get there a bit early, the line can get long around doors at 6:30.
honestly i think ur fine, toyosu pit is pretty chill about this stuff. the staff there are used to dealing with japanese ticketing apps that love to eat emails.
just bring the credit card and maybe screenshot the charge on your banking app if u can. they have a little counter to the left of the entrance where they handle name lookups, it's usually not busy until like 7pm. jamie xx is gonna be sick at that venue btw, the sound system in there is way better than the old ageha
just bring the physical card and your phone with the banking app open showing the charge, that's all they need at the window. the box office is on the right side of the building as you face it, not the left like someone said, there's a small sign in japanese and english. if you get there around 7:30 the line dies down a bit after the first rush, jamie usually goes on around 8:30 or 9 depending on the opener
