While the local bacon works well in many recipes, I specifically want the crispy type. Where might I find this style of bacon?

You'll want to look for packages labeled "streaky bacon" or "American-style bacon" at places like National Azabu or Nissin World Delicatessen in Azabu. I've found the stuff at Kaldi Coffee Farm is hit or miss, so check the fat-to-meat ratio before buying.
