Meeting a friend that I've not seen in a couple of years so… Hey all, I don't suppose anyone here has any recommendations for a spot, maybe a cafe, that is relaxed but also affordable around Shinjuku?
Meeting a friend that I've not seen in a couple of years so it would be good to find somewhere that's a bit more relaxed, where we can take the time to catch up however, as my friend is still a student, it would be good if it was a bit more budget friendly. Last time I tried to pay for them, it would have been easier to throw fists 😅

saturdays are the one, but nothing happens before midnight tbh, last train crowd rolls in around 12:30 and it runs till first train from shibuya
yeah that 12:30 wave is real, the last train from shibuya dumps everyone right there. only thing id add is fridays can be decent too but its hit or miss depending on who's spinning
fridays hinge on the guest dj honestly, check the flyer first or u might walk into a wedding reception vibe
also check who's spinning, some sat lineups are weak
