You've got a few options depending on where you're based. Kaname Salon in Harajuku is solid for braids and natural hair care, and they stock products like Mielle and SheaMoisture if you need to restock. Over in Shinjuku, Afro Hair Salon Bella is run by a Senegalese stylist who's great with sew-ins and wigs, though you'll want to book ahead since they get busy. For products alone, check out the little shop inside Oshamanya in Ueno, they carry a decent range of natural oils and creams that aren't easy to find elsewhere.

Best donuts near Glaze in Tokyo 2026?

I'm visiting Tokyo in 2026 and Glaze keeps coming up in donut searches. Is it worth making the trip for, and what should I order on a first visit? I'm visiting Tokyo in 2026 and Glaze keeps coming up in donut searches. Is it worth making the trip for, and what should I order on a first visit?

Order the plain glazed first, skip the seasonal.

the matcha azuki one at their old Tomigaya spot was the sleeper hit, but honestly the line at 9am on weekends runs 40 minutes so go on a weekday
