I found the following books from another Reddit that teaches emotional control and good reads.

Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman

Non-violent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg

Permission to Feel by Marc Brackett

Never Split the Difference Christopher Voss and Tahl Raz

Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor

Resilient, and Harwiring Happiness both by Rick Hanson

Mindset by Carol Dweck

Feeling Good by David Burns

Now, my problem is where can I buy any of these?

I just literally started to realize myself how weak and immature I am emotionally, and I want to improve it by trying to read books.

I am not sure if Amazon sell hard copies or Kindly type. Or if anyone has old and no longer use books, I will be more than happy enough to take care of it.

honestly just check amazon jp first, they stock most of these in both paperback and kindle. shipping is fast if you have prime. i've seen emotional intelligence and mindset at maruzen in ochanomizu too, they have a decent self-help section on the 3rd floor. if you want to save money, book off in shinjuku sometimes has these for like 300-500 yen, but it's hit or miss. kindle version is cheaper and you can start reading tonight, that's what i'd do if i were you

if you're in tokyo and want to browse physical copies, kinokuniya in shinjuku has a solid self-help section on the 4th floor of the main building. they prob have emotional intelligence and mindset in stock, but expect full retail price like 2000-2500 yen each. for cheaper options, check out the book off in takadanobaba, i've seen feeling good and non-violent communication there for like 400-600 yen before. kindle is def the easiest route though, especially if you want to start tonight without leaving your place. amazon jp has all of these as ebooks, just search the titles in english and they'll pop up.

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
