The Tokyo Metropolitan Central Library is great, but is open from 10AM. The location can be anything, as long as you're able to work from a laptop and also do online meetings.Any information would be greatly appreciated!

You could try the Tsutaya Books in the Azabu-Juban Garden Plaza. It opens at 7AM but has a coworking area on the second floor with power outlets and decent wifi. For 6AM starts, the nearby Hie Shrine grounds are open all night and have benches with good lighting, though you'd be working outside and weather dependent. The convenience stores along Roppongi-dori like the 7-Eleven near Arisugawa Park have small seating areas that are quieter than you'd expect at that hour.

honestly theres a small cafe called CIBI in hiroo that opens at 7am, not 6 but its got a nice quiet vibe and the wifi works fine for calls. i've also used the lobby at the Grand Hyatt in roppongi before which is a 10 min walk from azabu-juban and open 24hr, just grab a coffee from the cafe and nobody bugs you

The Starbucks Reserve in Hiroo opens at 7AM, so it's not quite 6 but it's close. The basement floor has a quieter seating area that's usually less crowded than the main floor, and the wifi is reliable. If you need to be in by 6, the FamilyMart on Gaien-nishi-dori has a small eat-in area with power outlets, though it's not ideal for long video calls.

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
