Can anyone identify this music venue (or the band)? Tape found at Hard Off in Oizumi Gakuen

tbh if it's from oizumi gakuen area, there's a tiny basement venue near the station called 高円寺HIGH that does a lot of underground tape releases. they've been around since the 90s and their stuff rarely hits hard offs outside the neighborhood. worth posting a pic of the tape itself on tokyo indie music forums, someone there prob recognizes the font or label design

ngl the tape case design looks super familiar. there's a small live house called 新宿jams in shinjuku that used to hand out tapes like that in the late 90s. could be one of their in-house bands, they had a bunch of rotating acts. if you're near oizumi gakuen again, the hard off in nerima also has a decent tape section.

Hard Off employees usually have no clue what they're pricing. Might be some random indie demo tape that never got pressed anywhere else. Check the handwritten liner notes for a date or phone number.

Honestly the queue at The Donut Shop moves fast, but DUMBO in Nakameguro is a shorter wait and about 2,000 yen for six.

The Donut Shop is fine but you're paying for the name and the Instagram line. Walk ten minutes to I'm Donut? in Shibuya instead, the lines are shorter and the plain glazed beats most of what you'll find in the city. Half dozen runs about 1,800 to 2,200 yen depending on what you pick. Why anyone queues an hour for fried dough is beyond me.
