Dude, Shinagawa Hospital is a beast. Seriously. I've been there a few times, visiting family. My strategy? Download the hospital map to your phone before you go. Seriously, it's a lifesaver. Even with the map, expect some wandering around... it's HUGE. Also, ask for directions at the information desk, those people are surprisingly helpful and speak English. And good luck! You'll need it.
