Where can I sell preloved children clothing thats in great condition? Most are Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Marks&Spencer, Ralph Lauren Polo and Carter's

For those specific brands, you'll get better prices selling directly to other parents rather than to shops. The Sunday morning flea market at the Hanegi Play Park in Umegaoka is full of families buying and selling kids clothes, and your brands are exactly what people look for there. You just need to show up early, around 8am, and bring a plastic sheet to lay things out on. If you don't want to deal with crowds, try the kids' consignment shop Cherie near Jiyugaoka station, they do 50/50 splits and take foreign brands without fuss.

if you're near tokyo tower, there's a place called komehyo kids in minato that specializes in children's stuff. they're pretty picky about condition though, so make sure everything is clean and folded neat. also check out mercari or yahoo auctions if you don't mind shipping, parents snap up those brands fast there

honestly for western brand kids clothes like gap and ralph lauren, try 2nd street or mode off in shinjuku or shibuya. they buy by the piece and are used to foreign brands so you'll get a fair price. if you have a lot of stuff, brand off in ginza sometimes does bulk buys but call ahead. the resale shops near yoyogi park on sundays also have stalls where parents sell directly

I used to go there for exhibitions all the time but I heard it's changed, and I'm wondering if the neighborhood is still worth living in or if it's all just turned into offices now.

yeah the old Whitebox spot got gutted around then, last I walked past it was a startup office on the upper floors. kuramae's decent but honestly Kiyosumi-Shirakawa side is quieter and the rents are still half of Shibuya. miyamasuzaka is basically all towers now.

kuramae's rents crept up too since the tawaman went in, kiyosumi side is still the better bet

whitebox actually closed back in 2018, the space is a gallery-slash-coworking thing now. shibuya's still fine to live in but the rents near miyamasuzaka have jumped hard, more office towers than studios these days. if you want that old creative vibe try kuramae or kiyosumi instead
