How to fill out the parking reservation for Toppi?

I want to ensure I am putting the correct information into the License Plate portion, as the parking gate will not automatically open if its incorrect. As an example, how would I fill out THIS FORM if my plate read (this is an example made up plate number):

多摩 111

Y 10 10

Also on the reservation site it says that my reservation is for - 車室:予約01 . Does this mean that I have a specific parking spot assinged, which will be labeled with a number 1?

Thank you in advance.

the plate thing is easy, just type 多摩111Y1010 all in one go like the other person said. i've used Toppi a bunch and never had an issue with the gate reading it that way, the cameras are pretty forgiving surprisingly

as for the spot, 予約01 means you're assigned to spot 1 but heads up the numbering can be a little weird. sometimes spot 1 is right next to the entrance ramp and other times it's tucked in the corner near the back wall depending on which floor you end up on. the signs are on the ceiling beams above each spot so look up not just at the floor

one thing nobody mentioned is if you're driving something bigger than a regular sedan, the spaces at Toppi are on the tighter side. spot 1 in particular is shaped a bit weird near the pillar, so take it slow backing in or you'll scrape your bumper on the curb

honestly the license plate format for Toppi is pretty straightforward once you know the trick. you just type it in as it appears on your plate, so for yours it'd be 多摩111Y1010 - no spaces, no dashes, just run it all together. the gate reads the plate number not the formatting so it should be fine

as for the 車室 thing, yeah 予約01 means you got spot number 1. Toppi has numbered spots so you just park in that one, it's not first-come-first-serve or anything. the spots are marked pretty clearly on the floor near the pillars so you should spot it easy

one thing i'd mention is if you're going on a weekend the garage fills up fast, even with a reservation they might direct you to the overflow lot across the street if the main one's jammed. happened to me once and it's a bit of a walk back

yeah for the plate just type it as one string like 多摩111Y1010, the gate doesn't care about spaces so you should be good. and yep 予約01 means you have a specific spot, usually near the entrance or elevator, just look for the number on the floor or wall

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
