Parco's Secret?
those tunnels get exaggerated a lot. whats actually down there is mostly old air raid shelters from the SNIA years, not some secret network, and the city sealed most of them years ago for safety. if you wanna see a piece of that history without trespassing, the little museum at the former SNIA complex on Via di Portonaccio sometimes does guided walks, worth checking their site. honestly the "off" vibe is real though, that whole area has a weird heavy quiet even at midday
The tunnels are real, but they're not in the park proper. What you're looking for is the old bunker complex under the Parco delle Energie, built in the 1930s when this was the SNIA Viscosa industrial site. The entrance I know of is off Via di Portonaccio, near the back edge where the park meets the old factory walls, and it's usually fenced or locked so you won't just wander in. The "off" feeling you got is probably the ventilation shafts, you can spot a few concrete caps poking out of the grass on the eastern side if you look carefully.
Dunno about tunnels, I just go there for the turtles in the pond.

What are current tobacco prices for LM Blue or Chesterfield Blue?
tbh duty free at Riga is only worth it if you're buying cartons, single packs at the airport arent that much cheaper than teh tabaccai in Rome. also remember you can only bring a limited amount into the EU anyway so stockpiling has its limits
Chesterfield Blue usually runs around 5.50 to 6 euros a pack in Rome these days, though tabaccai prices are fixed by the state so it won't vary much shop to shop. Riga is generally cheaper for cigarettes but your layover time matters, if it's tight you might not have time to clear security and find a shop.
LM Blue in Rome is roughly the same ballpark, around 5.50 to 6 euros. One thing to keep in mind at Riga airport, the duty free selection isn't always great for specific brands like these, so if you're set on LM or Chesterfield you might strike out. I'd check what the actual duty free has before counting on it.
