solid itinerary, i've done almost this exact route and it works well. one thing i'd add is that pasar cilacap is best visited early morning around 6 am when the getuk is still warm and the ikan asap is being grilled right there, it's a whole different vibe than the afternoon. also for the mangrove tour, if you can go on a weekday morning it's way quieter, we had the whole boat to ourselves last tuesday and saw like 5 monitor lizards just chilling on the roots

for nasi megono i'd actually skip the warung and grab it from a pushcart near alun-alun around lunchtime. the one with the yellow cart has this insane sambal that makes it worth the hunt. costs like 12k and you get extra kerupuk.
