your itinerary is solid but day 1 is a bit too packed for the heat imo. puncak mas is best at sunrise like someone said, but if you're not a morning person skip it and go to the museum first then grab a late breakfast at depot sari bundo on jl. z.a. pagar alam, their nasi kapau is better than minang jaya and it's a two minute walk from the museum. the museum itself is small but worth the 5k, the replica of the prasasti batu tulis is cool.
for day 2, if the krakatau tour gets canceled due to weather (happened to me in june), head to pantai mutun instead, it's a 45 minute grab from the city and has a decent beach club vibe with live music on weekends. the grilled fish there is actually cheaper than pasir putih, like idr 40k for a whole gurame.
way kambas is amazing but the bus situation is unpredictable, i'd agree with the other comment about splitting a grab. also the elephant feeding is at 9am not 10am, i almost missed it because i read the wrong time online. bring your own water because the park's warung charges double for a bottle.
