One thing I'd flag about Hanuman Vatika though, the 75ft statue is at a spot called Dhenkanal side of the hill and if you go on a Tuesday the crowd is way thinner than weekends, that's when locals actually go for darshan. Also Hotel Sagar is not the place for Odia food, the smaller joints near Ambagan Chowk do dalma and rice for around 80 rupees and taste better. One thing the guide misses entirely: the Brahmani riverfront near Vedvyas in the early morning is worth the trip on its own, quieter than any park in town and the mist off the water around 6 AM is something else.
solid list but a couple things id tweak from living here. the steel plant museum is fine but if u can get a pass for the actual plant tour thats the real thing, ask at the front desk, they sometimes run em on weekdays. also vedvyas is more like 30 to 40 mins from sector 5 not 15, traffic on the bypass eats time, budget 150 rs not 50. and skip hotel sagar for dalma honestly, the smaller odia joints near ambagan chowk do it better & cheaper, like 80 rs with rice

one thing i'd add is the transport reality on the steel plant side. autos won't go deep into the plant township without a pass so if ur staying near station road budget extra time getting to sector 5 or the museum in the morning, the shift change traffic around 2pm jams the main gate road hard
also for the food section, the rasgulla at civil township market is fine but the real move is the chena poda from the sweet shop near bisra chowk, small place, sells out by evening most days. & if u want a quiet spot nobody mentions, the hilltop near the Ispat general hospital area gives u a full view of the plant at dusk, worth the walk
