Their keema pav and cold coffee are what I keep coming back for, though the booths get packed after 11 on weekends. Anyone else find the service slower on Fridays or is it just me?

Friday slow service isn't just u, the kitchen gets slammed after the 11pm rush, so I order keema pav at the counter instead of waiting on a table.

yeah the counter trick works, but the real move is calling ahead around 10:45 before the rush hits. they'll keep it ready under the warmer for u. just don't expect the same crispy pav as eating it there.

Calling ahead only works if you get the same guy on the line, the warmer dries out the pav within ten minutes anyway.

fair point, though the counter guy still takes his own sweet time on weekends, i just stand there and stare at him till he moves

counter works but the waiter still gives me attitude when i skip the table, like im cheating the system or something

The kitchen actually switches to a thinner gravy after midnight so the keema plates go out faster, which is why the 1am crowd moves quicker than the 11pm one.

ask for the well-done batch, gravy thickens by 12:30

arrow_drop_up 4 arrow_drop_down

thicker gravy kills the pav tho, i get it separate

Image yasminmund local ·

honestly the kitchen slows down way before that, i've waited 20 mins for a keema pav at 10:30 on a Friday

Twenty minutes at 10:30 sounds like they'd already run out of the prepped keema and had to start a fresh batch, which happens more than people realise.

The Delhi rate applies to you, since Indian nationals pay the domestic ticket at the City Museum regardless of state.

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down
Image emily local ·

Yep, and the foreign national rate runs around 500 rupees, so nothing changes for you.

Image reginesteg… local ·

Yeah, student rate is like half that with ID.

Carry your Aadhaar or passport, they check at the counter.

Passport photo page works too, they don't insist on original.
