Yeah, GTBN's got a surprisingly mellow vibe compared to the rest of Mumbai. It's not exactly silent, but definitely a notch down. Try hanging out near the Gurudwara; the atmosphere there is usually pretty peaceful. Lots of people go there just to chill and its usually pretty calm. Also, wander down towards the smaller residential streets – the ones away from the main roads. You'll find little parks and quiet corners tucked away. Maybe not "hidden," but definitely less crowded than the busier spots. Finding a bench under a tree with a good book sounds totally doable. Enjoy your pav bhaji!
