Yeah, the Prakash Inn plumbing is legendary. I stayed there a few months back and it was a similar rollercoaster. One minute I'm practically boiling a lobster, the next I'm shivering like I'm in the Himalayas. I ended up just taking lukewarm showers – the least dramatic option. Amazing staff, though, you’re right about that. Worth it, maybe? Depends how much you value consistently warm water, I guess.
