for day 2 evening i'd actually skip the fort again and go to the canal near Khereshwar Temple instead, the sunset there is quieter and u can sit on the bank without any crowd. just bring mosquito repellent tbh

and the zoo opening at 8am is right, but honestly the best part is the walk along the canal next to it, not the zoo itself. there's a path that runs parallel to the GT road, quiet and green, good for a morning stroll before the heat hits
one tip for the day 3 amu visit - if you're there on a friday, the jama masjid inside campus has a really good afternoon crowd and you can hear the azaan echo across the whole university. it's a different energy than the weekday quiet
also for the chaat near dodhpur, i'd say skip chaat gali and go a block down to the corner opposite the amu girls school, there's a guy who makes papdi chaat with this spicy imli chutney that's way better. same price range, 30-40 inr
