Finding the Best Dim Sum in Quarry Bay?

fmd_good Quarry Bay

So I'm heading to Quarry Bay next week for a business trip. I've heard the dim sum there is legendary...but it's a HUGE area. Seriously, trying to navigate those little streets is a nightmare. I'm… more

Man, Quarry Bay's a maze, I feel ya. For truly amazing dim sum that'll impress your client, skip the wandering and head straight to Tim Ho Wan in Taikoo Shing. It's not technically in Quarry Bay, but it's super close, way easier to get to, and their Michelin-starred dim sum is ridiculously good. Seriously, you won't regret the slight detour. Haha, yeah, ParknShop during peak times is a contact sport. Ten minutes for a basket? Amateur. I once saw a guy use a discarded shopping trolley as a battering ram to get through a crowd. Legend. My pro-tip? Go early, go late, or go hungry. Seriously, the hunger thing works. People are less aggressive when their blood sugar is low. And bring your A-game. Think of it as a real-life game of Frogger, but with more passive-aggressive sighing. Good luck. You'll need it.
