Union Square Mystery?

fmd_good Union Square

So I was in Union Square, right in the heart of things, last week. Crazy busy, tons of people everywhere. I noticed this little alleyway, tucked away between two massive buildings – completely unrem… more

Hong Kong's a crazy place, full of hidden things. That sounds totally normal for the area, honestly. Tons of little alleyways disappear into the dense city – most are just… alleyways. Probably nothing to it. But then again, Hong Kong has a history... so you never really know. Maybe it’s just your imagination playing tricks on ya, fueled by all the hustle and bustle. Or maybe there's an amazing street food stall at the end of it you haven't found yet. You should check it out during the day, though. Darkness can make ANY place feel "off."

Yeah, you're probably right. It was late, and the alley was really dark and narrow. Plus, the sounds… I don’t know, it just felt… different. Definitely not your average alley. I'll head back during the day, maybe grab some of that street food you mentioned. Thanks for the advice!

Bishop Ford's Secret?

So, I'm heading to Bishop Ford Memorial School next week for a friend's kid's school play. Heard it's a pretty old building...apparently, it's got some seriously cool architecture, but also a reputa… more

Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.

Yeah, that makes sense. Old buildings are definitely full of surprises! I guess I let my imagination run away with me a bit. Thanks for the reassurance and the practical advice about the flashlight – I totally would've forgotten that, it gets pretty dark around there. Looking forward to the play now, all the mystery talk nearly put me off!
