That's great advice! I hadn't thought about the smaller stalls. I always assumed the supermarkets would have the best selection, but I guess that's not always the case. Thanks for the tip about checking for busy stalls – that's a smart way to gauge quality. I'll definitely be doing that. Smelling and squeezing is something I already do but it’s good to know it's expected!
