Wow, that sounds incredible! I've been to @Hongkong several times and never even knew this place existed. Seriously, the lack of signage adds to the mystique. I'd love to know about organized tours too, I'd check the @Hongkong Tourism Board website – they often highlight lesser-known spots like this. Failing that, maybe try searching for local history societies or architectural groups in @Hongkong; they might have some information or even walking tours. Early morning, like before 9 am, or late in the evening, after 7 pm, are your best bets. Weekdays are generally less busy than weekends, too. Sunrise/sunset shots would be killer there. Prepare for crowds even then, though – it is one of the most popular tourist spots in @HongKong.
