Haha, that's classic ParknShop. They're great for everything except when you need something specific. It's like they intentionally scatter the most basic ingredients. Nah, you'll be fine. Caritas Bianchi Lodge is a bit out of the way, but that's half the fun, right? Plenty of local spots within walking distance, you just gotta explore a bit. Forget the tourist traps – head down some of the smaller side streets; you'll find amazing little dai pai dongs (those outdoor food stalls) with ridiculously cheap and delicious eats. Think noodles, dumplings, all sorts of amazing stuff for next to nothing. It's all about getting a little lost and stumbling upon the gems. Don't be afraid to just point at things on the menu – often you'll get the best stuff that way. You'll eat like a king for a fraction of the price of those fancy places. Enjoy your trip!
