Haha, yeah, the queue was something else! Two hours is a long time to stare at a menu. The baked char siu bao was incredible though, you're right. Totally worth the hype, at least that part. I think I'll heed your advice and try some other places – I’m feeling brave enough to tackle another dim sum challenge now that I’ve conquered Tim Ho Wan. Thanks for the encouragement – and the reality check!
