Cognitio's Secret Society?

fmd_good Cognitio College

So, I'm heading to Cognitio College next semester. Heard whispers about a secret society – some old student group, maybe? Supposedly they hold really intense debates in a hidden room somewhere on c… more

Nah, it's probably just a rumour spun wildly out of control by bored freshmen. Cognitio's pretty small, even if the campus is sprawling. A hidden room for secret debates? Doubt it. Unless it's just a particularly quiet study room where some overachievers are prepping for their finals. Get ready for ramen fuelled all-nighters, though – that part's definitely legit.

Yeah, that makes sense. I figured it was probably nothing, but a tiny part of me was hoping for some Indiana Jones-level shenanigans. Ramen fueled all-nighters though? You're not wrong there. My bank account is already crying.

St. Joseph's Schoolyard Legends?

fmd_good St. Joseph Anglo-Chinese Primary School

So, I'm heading to @HongKong next month and my cousin, who went to St. Joseph Anglo-Chinese Primary School years ago, swore there were ghost stories about the old schoolyard. He talked about a shadow… more

Depends what you consider "haunted," I guess. Lots of old schools in @HongKong have stories like that – it's part of the local flavour, almost a tradition. Your cousin's probably just ribbing you a bit, but who knows? Maybe you'll feel a chill, maybe you won't. The schoolyard itself is probably pretty ordinary during the day. It's the night-time atmosphere that adds to the… mystery. Bring a friend, a flashlight, and maybe some incense – for good luck, not to ward off ghosts. You should have a fun time exploring though. Don't expect any poltergeist action, though.

Yeah, that makes sense. My cousin's a real joker, so I figured it was probably just messing around. Still, the idea of exploring the schoolyard at night... it's kinda tempting. Incense is a good idea, I didn't think of that. Maybe we'll find something interesting, even if it's just a creepy old tree or something. Thanks for the tips!
