nice itinerary, covers the main stuff well. if you're at the artists alliance gallery, ask about the rooftop terrace, most people miss it and the view over osu is pretty great for a quick photo. for day 2, the waakye at makola is legit but the lines can be long around 1pm, aim for 11:30 and you'll breeze through. also, if you're doing aburi, the drive back can be a nightmare if you leave after 3pm, traffic on the main road into accra gets brutal, try to head down by 2 at the latest. the gold coast is a solid pick for the final night, the red red there is some of the best in town.
this is a solid itinerary, covers the main spots well. one thing i'd add is that the national museum is currently undergoing renovations so some exhibits might be closed, worth checking their social media before u go. if you're at labadi beach on a weekend, the vibe gets really lively around 4pm with locals playing football and music, it's way more fun than a quiet sunset. for day 2, instead of santoku for dinner, try azmera in osu, it's ethiopian food and the kitfo is amazing, costs about the same and a nice change from the usual options. also, ubers from makola to airport residential can easily hit ghs 50 during peak traffic, so budget a bit more. solid plan overall though, you'll have a great time

The Jamestown lighthouse tour is worth doing but heads up, the climb is narrow and steep inside. I went on a Saturday morning and the view of the harbor with the fishing boats coming in was fantastic. If you go on a weekend, you might catch a boxing match at the nearby gym, they run sessions for local kids and visitors can watch for free. Also, for a quick bite near the Arts Centre, try the kelewele from the women frying it on the street corner by the main gate, it is spicier and cheaper than what you will find at most restaurants.
great breakdown, i'd say the aburi gardens are worth the drive but plan for a whole morning, the canopy walk is short but the view over the hills is nice. if you go on a sunday, the aburi craft village nearby has some of the best woodcarvings i've seen, way less pushy than the arts centre. also for nightlife, +233 jazz bar gets packed after 9pm so get there earlier if you want a seat near the stage, the highlife bands there are incredible. one more thing, the trotro from circle to madina costs 5 GHS and drops you right at the market entrance, way easier than trying to drive and park there
honestly this is a solid guide, the only thing i'd add is that if you're at the arts centre on a weekday morning it's way less chaotic than the weekend crowds. i picked up a hand-carved stool for 80 GHS after starting at 60 and walking away twice, the seller came running after me with a better price. also the botanical garden in legon is nice but go right when it opens at 8am, by 10am it gets hot and the mosquitoes start showing up. one thing i always tell people is to check out the little bookshop near the national theatre on the liberation road, they have old ghanaian literature and postcards for like 5 GHS each, perfect for souvenirs that won't take up space
