Go to the psychiatric emergency room at Charite Campus Benjamin Franklin in Steglitz. It's a bit further south than Mitte but often less crowded and the staff there are really solid with walk-ins. Tell the person at reception you're having suicidal thoughts and can't be alone, they'll get you into a safe room quickly. The entrance is on Hindenburgdamm, just past the main hospital building. You won't have to talk much if you don't want to, they're used to people who aren't ready to speak.
You can walk into the psychiatric crisis service at Urban Krankenhaus in Kreuzberg. It's on Dieffenbachstraße, right near U-Bahn Kottbusser Tor. Tell the front desk you can't keep yourself safe and they'll find you a quiet room and a doctor. No need to explain your whole story, just say you need a safe place to be.
