i get the appeal of soho house but honestly the drinks are like 16 euro for a basic cocktail and the door staff can be weird about letting non-members up during peak times. if you want a rooftop with actual berlin character check out the deck5 in neukölln, it's on top of a carpark near hermannplatz and you can bring your own snacks up. also the view from the fernsehturm bar is cheaper than you'd think if you go on a weekday afternoon
